Shipping Policy

Orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays). Please allow 3-5 days for deliveries via usps to the U.S. 

 

If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available.

 

Shipping details for subscription items can be viewed and edited by creating an account, logging in, and visiting the 'Manage Subscription' dashboard. You may pause and postpone shipping dates for these types of orders as you find convenient. 

 

Return policy

 

Body oils. 

If you love the medicinal body oils please use them weekly and benefit from all the powerful healing ingredients. 

If you find the smell strong still try to use the oils so you benefit from them and soon enough you will also get use to this very natural smell. Often they seem stronger because of all the artificial smells around us that have changed our olfactory natural senses. 

If you really find them too strong please pass on the product to someone who will benefit from it and we will joyfully refund you, knowing others are benefiting. 

If you have not opened the oil please let us know and we will arrange for it to be shipped back to us. 

Essential oils.

We will not be able to accept returns for these rare and expensive oils as we will not be able to resell them once opened. If the bottle is not opened we will be happy to have them returned to us for a full refund. 

Returns

The cost of the return label will be deducted from your final refund amount as we do not cover return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, it will be processed and a refund will be issued within 1-3 business days.

 

Exchanges

An item can be exchanged for any item available on our website. The cost of the return label is covered by us. Once your return is in transit, it will be processed and your exchange will be sent out within 1-3 business days.

 

Damaged Items 

When your order arrives, please inspect the box for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us via email. Also please include a photo for us to be able to show the shipping courier.
