How To Use 

Generously cover the palms with oil.  Begin to massage the skin, replenishing the palms with oil until the whole body is covered.  Leave the oil on between 15-30 minutes and wrap yourself with a towel.  While waiting, scan the QR code on the bottle for a relaxation session, helping to activate the parasympathetic nervous system for complete mind body restoration.  Shower with a gentle organic soap when ready.
